Service Description

Hey Sporty Singles! This workout is for moderate fitness levels who have a solid cardio base. Speed Dating Workouts are led by our Two Birds Fit team of certified Personal Trainers/ Group Exercise Instructors. Singles are paired up and will jog the 2.6 mile loop around the park. Each “couple” will spend approximately 5 minutes w/ each other - doing a combo of cardio and strength exercises. You’ll hear our Two Birds team say “switch!” and at that point, you’ll move to the next person and do it all over again w/ another exercise as we jog our way around the park trail. At the end of the workout, each person has the opportunity to let us know if they “clicked” with anyone. If they do and it’s mutual, we’ll connect you with our proprietary Two Birds Fit Matchmaking software. The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person... but if you do, fantastic! The goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - while making friends and possibly more!
