  • What is Two Birds Fit all about?
    We bring single people together for a fun and playfully designed workout. We'll lead the group through challenging and modified partner based exercises and activities filled with positivity and a chance to get to know each other organically. The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person...but if you do, fantastic! Our goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - all while making connections along the workout. If you do feel like you "click" with someone, you just let us know and Two Birds will connect you!
  • What is a Speed Dating Workout and how does it work?
    We are currently waiting on our trademark for Speed Dating Workouts and Two Birds Fit - so it makes sense that you've never heard of this concept before and have some questions! Through icebreakers, challenging partner-based exercises, Speed Dating Workouts are thoughtfully designed so you can meet and spend a little time with everyone. Also, plenty of water breaks are included to chat and/or flirt! If you feel like you "click" with someone during the workout, just let us know after the workout. If the match is mutual, we will connect you within 24 hours. If not, no biggie - just come to the next Two Birds Speed Dating Workout or stay for an impromptu happy hour for food and drinks with some of your new friends and maybe you'll connect that way!
  • Do I need to be "fit" to participate?"
    There's only one way to get fit - and that is to move! All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged to come. We will do our best to modify any movement and exercise to accomodate injuries and/or comfort level.
  • How long is the workout and how hard will it be?
    Workouts are one hour with plenty of water breaks (please bring your own bottle). There will be a warm up and cool down included in this time. The majority of the exercises will have a modified, regular, and advanced version and you can go at your own pace and comfort level.
  • What should I wear/bring?
    Wear workout clothes that you're comfy in and also running shoes/sneakers. Also be sure to bring a water bottle! If our workout is scheduled outdoors, wear workout gear that you aren't worried to possibly get a little dirty. Workouts are sometimes outside in the grass - so come prepared for the weather too. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat if you don't want to be in the grass. Optional: Bring money and your ID in case you want to hang out after the workout and grab food and drinks with your new Two Birds friends/connections!
  • Will there be an opportunity to hang out after the workout?

  • If workouts are scheduled at The Oxford Club, Spa & Salon, where do I park and where do we meet?
    The Oxford Club Spa and Salon is located downtown on 17th Street in front of Union Station. 1616 17th Street. Denver, CO 80202. There is metered parking available throughout the area (2 hours maximum) or you are welcome to use the valet at The Oxford Hotel (located right next door to the Oxford Club & Spa). It is only $5 to valet park (tips for your valet are encouraged). Just roll up to the Oxford Hotel and a valet person will help you. If you do plan to stay after the workout for food and drinks - we encourage you to use the valet, so you don't need to worry about moving your car or getting a ticket after the meter has expired. Once you have secured parking, walk next door the Oxford Spa and Salon and let the Oxford Club's front desk associate know you are there for the Speed Dating Workout with Two Birds Fit.   • If workouts are at Sloans Lake, where do we meet? And where should we park?
    Currently, the workouts will be at Sloans Lake in Denver. We will meet near Melrose Inspirational Garden, located at the corner of Meade Street and W.19th Ave. It is on the lake and across the street from Lake Middle School. Look for the "gazebo" structure and that's where we will be! There is plenty of free street parking available - just keep an eye on the Permit Only signs on certain streets.
  • How many singles are in each group?
    There will be a maximum of 24 singles per workout. For heterosexual dating workouts, there will be ideally 12 females and 12 males and for LGBTQ there will be ideally 24 singles maximum.
  • Can I come to more than one class?
    Please do! Come to as many as you'd like. Stay Fit While You Find Your Fit! :)
  • How can we build a Two Birds Fit community and be part of the flock?
