We want everyone who comes to our events to have a safe and fun experience. That said, if you are unclear what unacceptable behavior is, please read below. Failure to respect our No Fly List will result in necessary actions being taken.

REPORTING ANY CONCERNS:

If you experience or witness any behavior that goes against our No Fly List, or if you have any other concerns, please report it. You can tell a Two Birds Fit staff member, Venue staff member, or security/police officer etc. so that we can take any action required… and the sooner the better.
Unacceptable Behavior:
FAILURE TO COMPLY:

Verbal and abusive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, etc;

Deliberate intimidation and harassment;

Stalking or following;
-
Harassing photography or recording;

Inappropriate physical contact or advances;

Showing pornography;
-
Unwelcome sexual attention;

Causing injury to attendees; or
-
Any form of physical violence.

Sexual images in public spaces;

Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior;

All of the above standards and expectations also apply to our digital platforms and community sites.

All instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported.

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior or otherwise breaches this No Fly List the event organizers, their representatives and/or security may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including:

Removal from the event without warning or refund.

Disqualification from participating in future events and social media channels and digital platforms.

Reporting any unlawful behavior to the appropriate authorities.
