About the event
THE WORKOUT:
24 Singles: 12 Ladies / 12 Guys (we do our best to keep ratio even).
We'll pair you up & you'll spend approximately 5 minutes w/ each other doing Yin partner stretches before moving to the next.
The workout will be a combo of deep stretches focusing on the hips, spine & lower back.
Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - structured format and partner-based exercises will be the program design.
Our Two Birds Fit team will lead the workout: Certified Yin Yoga Instructor Sasha Jacobs along w/ a certified Personal Trainer.
