Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other.
Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - structured format and partner-based exercises will be the program design. Two Birds will facilitate the workout.
The FIIT Co - will lead the workout true to their tagline: Train For Your Adventure! Pushing you to new levels w/ high energy, intensity and focus.
