24 Singles: 12 Ladies / 12 Guys
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other.
Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - structured format and partner-based exercises will be the program design. Two Birds will facilitate the workout.
Rocky Mountain Strength - will lead the workout true to their Colorado outdoor lifestyle brand to get you ready for all those mountain-based activities you love to do!
