Two Birds Fit - Speed Dating Workouts is teaming up with Orangetheory Fitness - Cherry Hills to get your hearts beating a bit faster together!
THE WORKOUT:
26 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other.
Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - structured format and partner-based exercises will be the program design. Two Birds will facilitate the workout.
OTF - Cherry Hills will lead the workout & will provide Heart Rate monitors to use.
