About the event
Two Birds Fit is looking forward to partnering w/ F45 Training Sobo Denver to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community.
THE WORKOUT:
- 26 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys
- Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other during the workout.
- Post workout Meet & Greet w/ snacks & drinks to mingle and get to know each other better.
- Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - consisting of partner-based exercises in a timed format. Two Birds will facilitate the workout and include IceBreakers & optional Matchmaking.
- F45 - will lead the workout w/ their unique Functional HIIT Training incorporating cardio & resistance based strength training.
THE MATCHMAKING:
How it Works: "Swipe Right" in Real Life!
- If you click with anyone & it's mutual, Two Birds Fit will connect you with our proprietary Matchmaking Program.
- Connect with up to 6 people who match with you. Matches will be sent 24 hours after the workout.
- This is purely optional... by all means connect on your own too.
TWO BIRDS FIT:
Two Birds Fit brings active, single peeps together with Speed Dating Workouts, Singles Mixers and Sporty Events. At the end of our events, everyone has the opportunity to let us know if they “clicked” with anyone. If the match is mutual, our proprietary Two Birds Fit Matchmaking Software will connect them. We make it easy, save you time and enable you to meet multiple people at one fitness focused event. The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person... but if you do, fantastic! The goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - while making connections at our events.
