THE WORKOUT:
24 Singles: 12 Ladies / 12 Guys (we do our best to keep ratio even).
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other.
Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - structured format and partner-based exercises will be the program design. Two Birds will facilitate the workout.
Commit Fitness - will lead the workout with a combo of strength and cardio exercises - fun, fun!
