About the event
Two Birds Fit is looking forward to partnering w/ Base 6 Fitness to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community.
THE WORKOUT:
24 Singles: 12 Ladies / 12 Guys (we do our best to keep the ratio equal)
Base6 Fitness will lead the workout w/ a combo of HIIT & Strength exercises true to their 6 peaks of fitness (see below for more info).
Two Birds will facilitate the workout consisting of partner-based exercises in a timed format featuring their speciality - Speed Dating Workouts! This will also include IceBreakers & optional Matchmaking.
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other doing a partner based exercise.
