Get ready to kick it at our Singles Kickboxing Workout! Partner up, punch, jab, and connect in this high-energy class. Spend 5 minutes w/ each partner, then switch! If sparks fly, Two Birds Fit will match you through our Matchmaking Program. Fun, fitness, and new connections—Two Birds, One Stone!

About the event
Two Birds Fit is looking forward to partnering w/ Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community.
THE WORKOUT:
28 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys (we do our best to keep the ratio equal)
The Workout: 45 minute partner based kickboxing session, featuring cardio, strength training, and kickboxing techniques. The workout will be led by Farrell's coaching staff.
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other during the workout.
Post workout there are lots of options for food/drinks in the area--stay tuned!
