About the event

THE WORKOUT:

  • 24 Singles: 12 Ladies / 12 Guys (we do our best to keep ratio even).

  • We'll pair you up with a Workout Buddy & you'll spend approximately 5 minutes w/ each other before moving to the next. 

  • The workout will be a combo of cardio and bodyweight exercises. 

  • All excercises can be modified - just ask us for extra help if need be!

  • Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - structured format and partner-based exercises will be the program design. Two Birds Certified Personal Trainers and/or Group Exercise Instructors will lead and facilitate the workout.
