Two Birds Fit is looking forward to partnering w/ Rise Rehabilitation & Sports Performance to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community.
SPEED DATING WORKOUT:
This event is primarily for Singles in their 30s & 40s.
28 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys (we do our best to keep the ratio equal)
The Workout: Blend of cardio & strength training. The warmup will be led by Rise team members & the workout will be led by Two Birds Fit trainers.
Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other during the workout.
