Kick things off with an energizing Sound & Soul Meditation led by Cappy, along with his DJ set to guide your flow and connect you to the rhythm of your breath.
Get your yoga on with local Vail instructor, Chelsea Winters of Anahata Yoga & Wellness for a heart-opening yoga flow designed to wake up your body, quiet your mind, and lift your spirit.
After yoga, we’re turning up the vibes with a feel-good dance party! Let your soul shine, move to the beats, and “Dance like no one is Watching!”
