EVENT/WORKOUT DETAILS:
- 50 Singles Max
- 45 minute Yoga - Vinyasa Flow led by Caroline, (Two Birds Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor)
- Two Birds Fit will also facilitate the workout, lead icebreakers and bring the matchmaking aspect pre/post event.
- Mix & Mingle after the workout w/ drinks & a full menu (for purchase) w/ discounts at BrewDog.
- Option to Cold Plunge after the Yoga Flow courtesty of SweatHouz.

THE MATCHMAKING....HOW IT WORKS:

COLD PLUNGE INFO:
A cold plunge is cold water immersion. Three to five minutes can help you recover faster, feel more alert and invigorated, think clearer, reduce inflammation and pain, and burn calories.
Q: What should I wear when I cold plunge?
A: You can wear a swimsuit or workout clothes when you plunge! You should bring loose, dry clothing to put on post-plunge. A pair of flip-flps might be nice afterward too ;)
TWO BIRDS FIT:
Two Birds Fit brings active, single peeps together with Speed Dating Workouts, Singles Mixers and Sporty Events. At the end of our events, everyone has the opportunity to let us know if they “clicked” with anyone. If the match is mutual, our proprietary Two Birds Fit Matchmaking Software will connect them. We make it easy, save you time and enable you to meet multiple people at one fitness focused event. The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person... but if you do, fantastic! The goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - while making connections at our events.
