Yoga Class: YogaSix’s Andi Johnson will offer a mix of Flow, Sculpt & Cardio, and Restoration, allowing you to experience energizing sequences to build heat, strength-based movements for toning, and calming stretches for deep relaxation.
Meet and Greet: After class, stick around for a laid-back meet & greet with fellow attendees, complete with light snacks and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks to keep the good vibes going.
Matchmaking Aspect: Hosted by Two Birds Fit™, with opportunities to connect in a fun setting.
