Ready to tackle fitness from every direction? This will be a total body workout and will have you wanting more! Plus + you'll get to know everyone with a meet and greet w/ snacks & drinks after the workout. If sparks fly, Two Birds Fit will help you get connected. Raffle prizes are also killer!

THE WORKOUT:
56 Singles: 28 Ladies / 28 Guys (we do our best to keep the ratio even)
Compass Trainers will lead the Full Direction workout using the Compass Fitness themes (see more below)
Two Birds Fit will facilitate a meet and greet period after the workout and bring the matchmaking aspect!
Light snacks & drinks will provided while you mingle & recover!
Option to match w/ multiple people using our Two Birds Fit proprietary Matchmaking Program, sent directly to you after the event.
