Two Birds Fit is teaming up with Orangetheory Fitness - Belmar to get your hearts beating a bit faster together! Let's make new friends (and potentially more?!).
THE WORKOUT:
36 Singles (We do our best to keep the # of Gals/Guys even).
45 minute interval packed OTF class consisting of Strength Training, Rowing and Treadmill.
Two Birds Fit will facilitate the workout, lead icebreakers and bring the matchmaking aspect!
OTF - Belmar will lead the workout & will provide Heart Rate monitors to use.
