About the event

 Let's make some new friends (and potentially more?!). Meet new singles & get a fun workout...Two Birds, One Stone!

  • 46 Singles Max. (We do our best to keep the # of Gals/Guys even). 
  • 45 minute interval packed, rhythm-based CycleBar class w/ a bit of strength!
  • Mimosas & Light snacks included at our Post-Workout Meet & Greet. Including Acai Bowl Samples from Rush Bowls!
  • Optional: 2 Cold Plunges will be available for post-ride recovery, compliments of SweatHous & Strength in the City! 
  • Option to match w/ multiple people using our Two Birds Fit proprietary Matchmaking Program. 
  • Raffle prizes!
  • Plus, you'll receive one free CycleBar class to be used at a later date.
  • With Two Birds Fit, it’s kinda like “swiping right” in real life! :)


A cold plunge is cold water immersion. Three to five minutes can help you recover faster, feel more alert and invigorated, think clearer, reduce inflammation and pain, and burn calories.

Q: What should I wear when I cold plunge? A: You can wear a swimsuit or workout clothes when you plunge! You should bring loose, dry clothing to put on post-plunge. A pair of flip-flps might be nice afterward too ;)


Two Birds Fit is so happy to be partnering w/ CycleBar-Denver (LoHi) to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community!


Two Birds Fit - Speed Dating Workouts makes it easy, saves you time and enables you to meet multiple people at one fitness focused event. For our Speed Dating Workouts, singles are paired up and each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes with each other - before moving to the next person. At the end of the workout, each person has the opportunity to let us know if they “clicked” with anyone. If the match is mutual, Two Birds will connect them within 24 hours. We also offer Singles Mixers and active Social Events. The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person... but if you do, fantastic! The goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - while making connections at our events. 


Our studios are proud to serve the Denver community. We offer an inclusive and inspiring low-impact/high-intensity indoor cycling experience for all ages and body types. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our class experience promises to calm your mind, elevate your mood and revive your senses. Equal parts educator, DJ, coach, motivator, and friend; our Instructors will help you improve your performance, reach your goals, and challenge your life one ride at a time. They bring incomparable energy, training, enthusiasm, and charisma to each and every ride.


Want us to host a Singles Workout at your gym? We are Personal Trainers and Group-Exercise instructors and can lead workouts or facilitate YOU in leading your own workouts to represent your brand. We'll include our proprietary Matchmaking Program & our specialty: Speed Dating Workouts, if you'd like! As a gym owner, it's a great way to add a pop-up class to retain members & as an active single, its a fun way to meet people at your gym!
