30 Singles: 15 Ladies and 15 Guys (we try our best to keep the ratio even)
Mindful Movement & Active Recovery: Focused on connecting the body to Mindful Movement, participants will then have time to experience the Recovery options while mixing and mingling with other participants.
Recovery options include: Cold/Hot Plunge (make sure to bring a suit & towel), Traditional Sauna, Infrared Sauna, Compression Therapy, & Myofascial Release.
Matchmaking Aspect: Hosted by Two Birds Fit™, with opportunities to connect in a fun setting.
