THE WORKOUT:
26 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys (we do our best to keep ratio even).
Targeted specifically for the 30's and 40's age range!
We'll pair you up & you'll spend approximately 5 minutes w/ each other doing Yin partner stretches before moving to the next.
The workout will be a combo of deep stretches focusing on the hips, spine & lower back.
